When you open up a creative entrepreneur mind it can seem like you just let out a huge amount of butterflies dashing everywhere. Our ability to come up with so many ideas at once and they simply metamorphosize in our head all at once is a magic trick of its own. We will add thoughts to every idea every time it pops up. When they begin to fly all around in our head we get overwhelmed and cannot seem to figure out how to get it all out and resemble come kind of order. Even if it is our kind of order.

Puking all of those ideas out on paper is one of my ways of relaxing my mind a bit. Every time I get an idea I write it down. Then I get back to what I was doing. Then I will expand on that idea by writing down everything that I have in my head that goes with it. I then set it aside. Probably a little while before I return to it. If I were to act immediately on every idea I had instantly I would be all over the place. Not to say that doesn’t happen on occasion, ha.
I am a list person. Lists are a way for me to write down everything that I have on my mind to get done, plus additional things that I find out I have to get done. It doesn’t mean that I check off the entire list, but it sorts my erratic brain. I can focus on some priorities and then go from there. I may even rationally take some things off of the lists that are just overboard or can be delegated.

When I decided to take some risks and create businesses & start writing a lot more, I found that I had to turn my ADHD like brain to my advantage instead of a challenge. We have to be organized just like everyone else, but we think differently and like social media, we have spurts of information come out of our brains all of the time in no particular order or pattern. So I am creating forms to help me collect all of the information from my brain and other outlets. I can then organize them in a way that works for me. I have labeled shirt boxes and folders that sort all of my notes by category. Some of it is even color coded.
If I don’t collect it then it is gone. My brain is on a roll all of the time and it will all get forgotten within the day. And yes sometimes I do have to stop and create or write at that very moment because I am catching a frequency or energy. The biggest issue is forgiving myself when I have a nonproductive day because I am scattered. To realize that it is ok to pick it all back up on a day where I can obtain some clarity.

Even my spells, meditations, etc may seem erratic to some, and vary greatly every time I do them, but they work for me. I am starting to journal them so I can go back and see what I did. Other wise I don’t remember. Good thing is that I can see the patterns that are forming.
The thing is I am discovering for me writing all this stuff down on paper is good for me. It is not the same as typing or voicing it in the software. It helps me remember and physically sort my brain out in front of me. I even cut it all up in pieces and sort it out before I write, kind of like a big puzzle. It may even sound autistic, and maybe it is, but I have found it to be the most beautiful magic ever. My creations are coming alive now, and not just staying in my head.
So I am taking these very forms and converting them into a format for you to experiment with. What I changed was my business names and info so they are more generic for you. But the structure is the same. I have to use shapes, graphs, etc to sort my thoughts. So its much like art. Also I have to put images on them. I have to have something appealing on it so I am more apt to actually using it. I love art and want everything to reflect that love. Plus it reminds me of who I am and what I love. I am putting them in our AgapeCovens.Etsy.com store. Just for a small amount. I am dividing them into categories and a small amount of pages. To make easy to digest. If nothing else it can get you inspired to figure out your madness and how to find its magic.

The first one is my Business To Do Package. It is 8 pages of printables. The first three pages are the planner like pages for our daily, weekly, and monthly plans. There are two pages that are check lists for daily small business tasks, and for tax prep tasks. One is for taking meeting minutes and another is for taking notes down during your meetings. The final one is a To Do list you can make after going through all of the collected information.
As I go along I will create what I need and will be happy to share it with you.
Blessed Be
High Priestess Kristi
