“Where Love Holds Everything”
YOU’VE FOUND YOUR WAY HOME
Something brought you here.
Maybe you’ve been building alternatives in the shadows, and wondering if anyone else sees what you see. Perhaps you’ve survived crises that broke you open and forged you into something new. Or maybe you feel the old world dying and sense something trying to be born.
Maybe you’re just tired of doing this work alone.
Welcome to Agape Covens.
We are not an organization you join but the recognition that you were never alone. There’s a vast web of beings doing sacred work that is sourced from the same love, while building toward the same emergence.
Agape means unconditional love. It is the love that holds all things and it doesn’t require you to be different, better, fixed, or healed before you belong. The Love that IS the source of everything.
Covens are sacred circles that are communities of practice and beliefs. They hold the ones who gather around shared work, hold space for each other’s becoming, and understand that we’re stronger together than separate.
Agape Covens is where unconditional love holds many sacred circles, each doing their specific work, while still connected through the same Source.
It is not something we join, it is something we are already a part of. As we find our place in the whole through these different circles.
AGAPE COVENS – THE WHOLE HOLDING MANY PARTS

THE WHOLE HOLDING MANY PARTS
Imagine a vast web of light stretching across the world. Like a grid you see in the technology commercials.
At each intersection, a circle of people gathered around a fire. Some circles tend the sick, while others grow food. There are some who teach children, build shelters, and even hold space for the dying. We find some who protect the vulnerable, weave stories, and or navigate crisis. The list goes on and on affecting every sector of society.
Each circle is doing different work using different gifts. All the fires are lit from the same flame where they all are interconnected and work together for the whole.
That flame is Agape. Unconditional love.
Those circles are the covens.
The web connecting them all? That’s Agape Covens, The Coven of the Whole.
For example, you might serve in the circle that tends transportation, and keeping communities connected when systems fail. Or maybe you’re in the circle that walks beside people through mental health crisis. Perhaps you’re one of the ones who can hold space for both beauty and darkness, while creating art that witnesses what we’re living through.
If you are new to the fire, you are may find yourself learning to see your wounds as medicine. If you have already spent time being forged in the fire, and have been walking this path for years, you may be ready to teach others what you’ve learned.
There are different circles with different stages using different gifts.
But all the circles are held by the same love and are all part of the same Whole.
HOW THE CIRCLES ORGANIZE
Within Agape Covens, the circles organize around what they’re DOING and where they ARE.
Service Circles – What We Do
Right now, the primary way Agape Covens expresses itself in the world is through The Crossroads Movement, which is the work of guiding humanity through civilizational collapse and building what comes next.
The Crossroads Movement isn’t separate from Agape Covens. It’s one way the Whole shows up to serve. It’s how we’re responding to THIS specific moment in history, the Great Transition between worlds.
Think of it like this: Agape is the ocean and The Crossroads Movement is the wave currently rising on that ocean. The wave is not separate from the ocean, it is part of it. It has a specific form, a specific direction, and a specific purpose for this moment.
Other waves might rise later as other expressions of service might emerge. The Agape ocean holds them all.
For now, if you’re called to transition work, like building alternatives, guiding communities through collapse, or even training the next wave of leaders, then The Crossroads Movement is your wave.
And within that wave, there are specific roles.

Sector Circles – Which Domain Will You Serve
Civilization isn’t one thing. It’s has many interconnected systems, all needing conscious transformation. We have started with 15 sectors of society that will need alternatives created in them. To name a few:
Transportation: Someone has to keep people and resources moving when infrastructure crumbles. These are the Coven of the Portal Keys. Dedicated to creating the portals that hold the keys to community momentum, and opening pathways between isolated places.
Housing/Architecture: Someone has to create sanctuary when housing systems fail. These are the Coven of the Hearthkeepers. Tending the hearth of community, and building homes structures that hold rather than extract.
Healthcare: Someone has to mix remedies and tend bodies when hospitals close. These are the Coven of the Apothecary. The medicine-makers and the healers who.
And so on through food, education, economics, spirituality, justice, mental health/special needs, technology, arts, governance, environment, emergency response, and family & community life.
Fifteen circles of people learning to build alternatives in their specific area.
We are drawn to our circles by many things, like talents, and gifts. Sometimes our lives choose it for us through the crises we have survived, the skills we have developed, or the work we have already been doing. And as the transition moves forward, we may find ourselves serving many different roles.
The question isn’t “What should I do?”
The question is “What have I already been preparing for?”
Journey Circles – Where You Are
You’re also somewhere on a path of transformation.
Maybe you’re just entering the gates, beginning to see your wound as medicine. The shadow work is new to you, and you are discovering there’s purpose in what you’ve survived. Welcome to the Coven of Initiates.
Perhaps you’re in the forge now, actively transmuting wound into gift, and doing the deep alchemical work of turning lead into gold. You are part of the Coven of Alchemists.
If you have been walking the path daily, integrating what you’ve learned, living your medicine, and serving your sector but not yet in formal leadership. You’re among the Coven of Wayfarers.
To those who are already creating or helping to create alternatives, you are ready for our six months of focused training to become operational in your sector, to coordinate with other leaders, and to multiply the work. You’re being called to the Coven of Builders.
Or maybe you’ve walked far enough to light the way for others, you are already teaching, training, holding wisdom, and passing the torch to the next wave. You have become one of the Torch Bearers, the elders who ensure knowledge doesn’t die with this generation. We are the Transition Leaders.
Your sector tells you WHAT you do. Your journey stage tells you WHERE you are in becoming able to do it.
Special Circles – Unique Functions
Some circles serve specific functions that don’t fit neatly into sectors.
The Knights of Agape are the sacred warriors, those who understand that protection is love in armor, that sometimes boundaries must be enforced, and that strength in service to the vulnerable is holy work. These are those who step up temporarily to train all to defend and to serve as a knight only when needed.
The Council holds the web together, facilitating coordination across all the circles, ensuring each coven has what it needs and knows what it gives, and making sure no circle becomes isolated from the Whole. They don’t rule, they weave. This is also a temporary position that gathers only when needed.
And there’s the Coven of the Whole, all of us together, regardless of sector, stage or function. A unified field and the recognition that we’re not separate circles competing for light, but one web lit by the same flame.
HOW AGAPE COVENS – THE WHOLE HOLDING MANY PARTS – ACTUALLY WORKS
Here’s the thing about heterarchy that’s hard to explain but easy to live:
No one is in charge of everything. Everyone is in charge of something.
Take that in for a moment. Think about how humanity is evolving toward reunification. We are working toward operating as a whole and this Great Transition is part of that process.
For example, when there’s a housing crisis, the Hearthkeepers lead. Everyone else supports.
Or, when someone’s having a mental health emergency, the Shadow Walkers lead. Everyone else holds space.
Or, when a community needs food distribution, Quintessence leads. Everyone else helps.
Leadership rotates based on what’s needed and who has the gift.
This isn’t chaos. It is coordination without control. It’s how nature works, different species leading in different seasons, all serving the ecosystem’s health.
Agape Covens is not about competing for positions but finding our gifts and offering it. When our gifts are needed, we confidently and lovingly step forward and when it’s not our turn we step back and let others lead.
This prevents the ego battles that destroy most movements and prevents burnout from trying to be everything to everyone. This honors that we’re ALL essential and NONE of us are the whole thing.
We are many circles within the Coven of the Whole.
Coordinated through love, not control.
This is how we build the new civilization.

WHAT HOLDS AGAPE COVENS – THE WHOLE HOLDING MANY PARTS – ALL TOGETHER
You might be wondering: if there’s no hierarchy, no central authority, no one in charge, then what keeps this from fragmenting into a thousand isolated groups doing their own thing? That is a good question. Our societies have been built on this very structure as far back as we can remember.
The answer is simply Agape.
Unconditional love is the gravitational force that holds the web together.
Not love as sentiment. Not love as niceness.
Love as the foundational recognition that we’re not separate.
My healing serves your healing and my sector needs your sector to function. When we serve the collective, we serve ourselves. Visualize ONE web of life and we are all threads in it.
This love doesn’t require us to be perfect and have it all figured out. No one is excluded based on where they are in their journey.
Agape holds the addict and the saint. The perpetrator and the victim. The broken and the whole.
Love doesn’t see these as separate categories. We are all cycling through all of it, and learning what we need to learn, while becoming what we’re meant to become.
When we source our work from this love rather than from fear, competition or ego, we naturally want to coordinate rather than dominate. We naturally celebrate others’ gifts rather than feel threatened by them which naturally builds bridges rather than walls.
Agape is the center that holds, everything else spirals out from there.
FINDING YOUR CIRCLES
So how do you actually participate in all of this?
First, recognize you might already be doing the work.
If you’re building alternatives in any domain; growing food, creating art, teaching differently, healing trauma, protecting the vulnerable, building community, and so on, you’re already functioning within Agape Covens whether you call it that or not.
The question is: do you want to find your people and coordinate with others doing related work? Do you want to be part of something larger than your individual effort?
If yes, start here:
The Agape Scryings are how you discover which circles you belong to. It’s not a quick reading. It is where I spend a week or two of deep reconnaissance looking into your unique composition, your wounds, your medicine, your sector, your role, and your readiness.
Through the scrying, you will discover:
- Which sector circle(s) you’re designed to serve
- Where you are in your journey (which stage)
- What specific medicine your cauldron is meant to brew
- If you’re ready for intensive training
- How your personal work serves the collective
From there, you’ll find your circles:
- Join a journey stage coven: Initiates if you’re new, Alchemists if you’re in deep work, Wayfarers if you’re integrating, Builders if you’re training intensively, and Torch Bearers if you’re teaching others.
2. Connect with your sector coven: the Portal Keys if you serve transportation, the Apothecary if you serve healthcare, the Shadow Walkers if you serve mental health/special needs, or whichever of the fifteen domains your life has prepared you for.
3. Discover if you’re called to special functions, protection (Knights of Agape) or coordination (The Council) or multiple sectors simultaneously.
4. You will always be held by the Coven of the Whole, the unified field of everyone doing this work, regardless of sector or stage.
Different circles for different purposes. All held by Agape.

THE INVITATION
AGAPE COVENS – THE WHOLE HOLDING MANY PARTS

Maybe you’ve been looking for this without knowing what to call it. Perhaps you have been building alone and you’re ready for collaboration. Maybe you just know in your bones that you’re here for the transition and you need to find your people.
Agape Covens isn’t something you join, it’s something you recognize.
Acknowledgement that the work you’re already doing is part of a larger web. A recognition that your wounds weren’t random but were training for a specific service. An inner knowing that serving the collective IS serving yourself. Believing that love, real love, unconditional love, Agape, is strong enough to hold all of this. It is where you will find your specific circles within the Whole.
So lets start with an Agape Scrying to see where you belong. And then you can explore the fifteen sector covens to see which one you recognize as home.
However you enter, know this:
