“All of Us Together”
YOU’VE HEARD ABOUT THE WHOLE
If you just came from the Agape Covens – The Whole Holding Many Parts page, you read about how this all works, with the many circles gathered around different fires, each doing their specific work, and all connected through the same Source.
You read about the fifteen sector covens serving different domains of civilization. The journey stage covens holding people at different phases of transformation. The special covens serving unique functions like protection and coordination.
You read about the web. The interconnection. The heterarchical structure.
Now let’s talk about what it actually FEELS like to be part of the Whole.
Because understanding the structure intellectually is one thing. Experiencing the unified field is something else entirely.
The Coven of the Whole isn’t just a concept. It’s not just the name we give to “all the covens together.”
It’s a living practice. A regular gathering. A felt experience of being one body with many organs.
It’s where the web becomes REAL.
If Agape Covens is the ocean, the Coven of the Whole is where all the waves recognize they’re made of the same water.
Let me show you what I mean.

THE FIRE IN THE CENTER OF THE COVEN OF THE WHOLE
Picture this:
Fifteen circles gathered around fifteen fires, scattered across the landscape. Each fire burns for different a work, one for healing bodies, one for building shelter, one for teaching children, one for protecting the vulnerable, one for keeping food flowing, and so on.
Each circle is deep in their specific work. Focused. Committed. Doing what they do best.
But once a month, when the moon is full, something happens.
Everyone walks away from their individual fires and gathers at a massive bonfire in the center.
The Hearthkeepers arrive carrying stories of homes they’ve built. The Portal Keys share maps of new pathways they’ve opened. The Shadow Walkers speak of depths they’ve descended to with those in crisis. The Storm Walkers tell tales of chaos navigated. The Lore Keepers sing songs of what they’ve witnessed. As with all of the other covens.
At this central fire, no one is “the transportation people” or “the healthcare people” or “the mental health people.”
At this central fire, we’re just US. The Whole.
This is the Coven of the Whole.
It’s not a separate circle you join. It’s the recognition that all the circles are connected. That your sector’s fire is lit from the same flame as mine. (the central Yule Log flame that lights all others) That we’re not fifteen separate movements competing for resources, we’re fifteen essential organs in one living body.
The Coven of the Whole is the reminder:
We are many and we are one. We are held by Agape, unconditional love.

WHY WE NEED THE COVEN OF THE WHOLE
Here’s what kills most movements:
They start with shared vision. Beautiful unity. Everyone aligned on the mission.
Then different people get passionate about different aspects. One group focuses on food sovereignty. Another on alternative education, community, healthcare, protection or security.
At first, this feels like natural specialization. Division of labor. Smart organizing.
But slowly, the groups stop talking to each other.
The food people think the education people don’t understand what’s really important.
The healthcare people get frustrated that the technology people aren’t supporting their work.
The protection people and the spiritual people clash over the use of force.
Egos emerge. “My sector is more essential than yours.” Competition for funding, for recognition, for followers.
Purity tests begin. “If you REALLY cared about the mission, you’d focus on THIS, not that.”
Factions form. Gossip spreads. Energy turns inward on conflict instead of outward on building.
The movement fragments. The collective power dissolves. The vision dies.
This has happened a thousand times in human history.
We’re designed to prevent it.

HOW THE COVEN OF THE WHOLE PREVENTS FRAGMENTATION
The Coven of the Whole exists as the gravitational center that keeps all the circles in relationship.
Not through control or hierarchy. Not through someone at the top demanding unity.
But through regular gathering and seeing each other. Through remembering we’re one body.
When the Portal Keys (transportation) gather at the central fire with the Hearthkeepers (housing), they hear: “We can’t build homes if people can’t get to building materials. We need you.”
When the Apothecary (healthcare) sits beside Quintessence (food/resources), they realize: “Sick bodies can’t heal without nourishment. Your work IS my work.”
When the Shadow Walkers (mental health) and the Knights of Agape (protection) share stories, they understand: “We both work with darkness. We’re not opposites, we’re complementary.”
When the Digital Druids (technology) hear from the Earth’s Stewards (environment), they’re reminded: “The code we write should serve the land, not extract from it. We need your wisdom.”
At the Coven of the Whole, you FEEL the interdependence.
You see that your sector doesn’t exist in isolation. That every circle needs every other circle. That competition is absurd when we’re literally organs in the same body.
The heart doesn’t compete with the lungs for importance.
The liver doesn’t start a campaign against the kidneys.
They coordinate and communicate. They work together because they literally can’t survive separately.
This is what the Coven of the Whole creates, the felt sense of being one living organism.

WHAT HAPPENS AT THE COVEN OF THE WHOLE
Once a month, we gather. All sectors, journey stages and all who are part of Agape Covens.
Not for teaching, training, or strategy sessions.
For WITNESSING each other.
Each sector shares:
- What they’re building
- What they’re struggling with
- What they need from other sectors
- What gifts they can offer the Whole
Each person shares:
- Where they are in their journey
- What’s transforming in them
- What medicine is emerging
- What support they need
This isn’t performative. This isn’t status updates. This is REAL.
The Hearthkeeper who’s exhausted from trying to house everyone admits: “I can’t do this alone. I need the Storm Walkers to help me triage and the Shadow Walkers because everyone I house is traumatized. I need the Portal Keys because people can’t get to available housing.”
And everyone in the circle nods. Because they GET IT. They’re all exhausted too and they all need each other.
The new Initiate who’s just beginning shadow work shares: “I’m terrified. I don’t know if I can do this. I don’t know if I have anything to offer.”
And the Torch Bearers (elders) say: “We remember that terror. We’ve been exactly where you are. And look, we made it through. You will too. We’re here.”
At the Coven of the Whole, there’s no pretending.
No spiritual bypassing. No performance of having it all together.
Just humans doing hard sacred work, supporting each other, remembering we’re not alone.

THE UNIFYING PRINCIPLES OF THE COVEN OF THE WHOLE
What holds the Whole together when we’re so different?
Shared Source: Agape
Everything we do sources from unconditional love. Not sentiment. Not niceness. The fundamental recognition that we’re not separate.
When the Balance Keepers (justice) hold someone accountable for harm, it’s from love, for both the person who was harmed AND the person who caused it. Not revenge. Restoration.
When the Knights of Agape enforce a boundary with force, it’s from love, protecting the vulnerable, creating safe containers for the work to happen.
When the Shadow Walkers walk into someone’s darkness with them, it’s from love, unconditional presence, not trying to fix or save.
Agape holds perpetrator and victim. Addict and healer. Broken and whole.
Because it knows these aren’t separate categories. We’re all cycling through all of it.
Shared Understanding: Wounds Become Medicine
We all know our suffering wasn’t random. Our crises were training. Our worst experiences became our deepest medicine.
The Portal Keys member who was stranded without transportation as a kid now ensures no one else experiences that isolation.
The Apothecary healer who survived cancer now knows how to guide others through the medical system’s failures.
The Shadow Walker who descended into their own mental health crisis can now walk beside others in theirs without fear.
We don’t pity each other’s wounds. We honor them as qualifications for service.
Shared Structure: Heterarchy
No one leads everything. Everyone leads something.
When it’s a housing crisis, Hearthkeepers lead and everyone else supports.
If it’s a spiritual question, Torch Bearers lead and everyone else listens.
Or if coordination is needed across sectors, the Council facilitates and everyone participates.
Leadership rotates based on context and gift, not fixed hierarchy.
This prevents ego domination. This prevents burnout. This honors that we’re all essential.
Shared Commitment: Building Alternatives
We’re not just critiquing what’s dying. We’re creating what’s being born.
Every sector is building actual alternatives:
- Portal Keys creating transportation when systems fail
- Hearthkeepers building cooperative housing
- Apothecary mixing remedies from what grows nearby
- All of us creating infrastructure for the new world
We meet at the Coven of the Whole to share what we’re building, not just complain about what’s broken.
Shared Practice: Both/And Thinking
We don’t do either/or. We hold paradox.
Spiritual AND practical. Mystical AND material. Vision AND analysis. Compassion AND boundaries. Individual AND collective. Shadow AND light.
The Whole can hold it all because love is big enough for all of it.

WHO BELONGS TO THE COVEN OF THE WHOLE
Everyone in Agape Covens.
If you’re serving any sector, you’re part of the Whole.
While at any journey stage, you’re part of the Whole.
When serving special functions (Knights, Council), you’re part of the Whole.
There’s no application. No membership fee. No initiation beyond recognizing you belong.
You belong to the Coven of the Whole simply by:
- Sourcing your work from Agape (unconditional love)
- Working from wound-as-medicine
- Building alternatives in any domain
- Coordinating with others rather than competing
- Honoring heterarchy over hierarchy
That’s it.
This is not about permission, or credentials, or being “advanced”, “healed” or “worthy.”
If you’re doing the work from love, you’re already part of the Whole.
The question is: will you GATHER with the Whole?
Will you come to the central fire once a month and witness others’ work? Are you willing to share yours? Will you remember you’re not alone in this?

THE FRACTAL PATTERN
Here’s something beautiful:
The Coven of the Whole isn’t just the monthly gathering of Agape Covens members.
It’s a pattern that repeats at every scale.
Global level: All people everywhere doing work from love, coordinating across difference, they’re part of the Coven of the Whole even if they’ve never heard of Agape Covens.
Regional level: All the transition leaders in your geographic area, regardless of sector, gathering to coordinate, support, and build together.
Local level: Your immediate community, the neighbors who share food, watch each other’s kids, check on elders, respond to crisis together.
Personal level: All the parts of YOU, your shadow and light, your wounds and gifts, your human and divine, integrated into wholeness within yourself.
The same pattern: Many parts, one Whole, held by love.
When you participate in the Coven of the Whole at any level, you’re practicing the pattern that heals everything.
By learning that unity doesn’t require uniformity.
And experiencing that strength comes through diversity coordinated, not diversity suppressed.
You’re BEING the new world, not just building it.

THE GATHERING OF THE COVEN OF THE WHOLE
When needed at least once every month. Virtual (for now). This will vary as it may be in the website forum or on a video conference. It is where we are at in the transition that may define it. These may be members that are local or those from other areas building too. What is happening in one location could help another.
All sectors, and journey stages are welcome. All who serve from Agape are welcome.
What happens:
We light the fire (opening ritual, grounding, remembering why we’re here). This can be a bonfire, a fire place lit, or a candle where ever you are.
Then we begin by witnessing the sectors (brief updates from each of the 15, what’s being built, what’s needed, what’s offered).
Also we honor the journey stages (Initiates share new recognitions, Alchemists share transmutations, Wayfarers share integrations, Builders share constructions, and Torch Bearers share wisdom).
Then we address the Whole (What’s needed across all sectors? What coordination is emerging? What’s trying to be born through us collectively?).
This helps us tend the web (Where are the connections forming? Where are the gaps? How do we support each other better?).
Lastly, we close the circle (with gratitude, commitments, next steps, and blessings).
It’s 90 minutes. Once a month at least. It is Essential.
This is how we stay connected and how we prevent fragmentation. This is how we remember we’re building ONE new world through MANY expressions of service.
You don’t have to speak. You can just listen. Just witness. Just be present.
But please, come.
The Whole needs you. And you need the Whole.

WHAT THE COVEN OF THE WHOLE IS NOT
Let’s be clear about what we’re NOT creating:
This is not a hive mind. You don’t have to think alike. Different perspectives are essential. We NEED the Earth Stewards to challenge the Digital Druids. We NEED the Knights to question the Shadow Walkers. And so on. Healthy tension prevents groupthink.
This is not a cult. There’s no guru or a doctrine you must believe. There’s no “one true way.” Agape holds many paths. The Whole honors diversity.
This is not forced unity. You don’t have to like everyone. Everyone does not have to agree. You don’t have to work directly with everyone. But you DO have to recognize everyone as part of the same body doing essential work.
This is not spiritual bypassing. We don’t gather to pretend everything’s fine. It’s not about sugarcoating the difficulties. It is not about avoiding the conflicts. We meet reality as it is, INCLUDING the reality that we’re interconnected whether we like it or not.
This is not hierarchy in disguise. No one chairs the Coven of the Whole meetings. Facilitation rotates. All voices matter. If it starts feeling like someone’s “in charge,” we’re doing it wrong.
The Coven of the Whole is sacred coordination among equals, not submission to authority.

THE INVITATION TO WHOLENESS
You might be reading this thinking: “I’m not part of any sector yet. I haven’t done the scrying. I’m just exploring. Do I belong at the Coven of the Whole?”
Yes.
If you recognize yourself in the work, if you’re building alternatives from love, if you’re working from your wounds as medicine, or if you want to find your people, you belong.
You don’t have to have it all figured out. Or have to know your sector yet. And you don’t have to be “advanced” in your journey.
You just have to show up with an open heart and willingness to witness and be witnessed.
Maybe you come to a Coven of the Whole gathering and you realize: “Oh. I’m not alone. There are others doing this. I’ve found my people.”
Maybe you hear the sector updates and something clicks: “That’s my work. I’m meant for the Hearthkeepers” or “I recognize myself in the Shadow Walkers.”
Maybe you just feel HELD for the first time in a long time. Seen. Recognized. Part of something larger than your individual struggle.
That’s what the Coven of the Whole offers.
We are not the answers and are not certainty. We are definitely not a finished plan.
Just: You’re not alone. We’re in this together. Your work matters. We see you.
That’s everything.

THE CENTRAL FIRE BURNS FOR THE COVEN OF THE WHOLE
The individual sector fires will keep burning. The Hearthkeepers will keep building homes. The Portal Keys will keep opening pathways. The Apothecary will keep mixing medicine. The work continues.
But at least once a month, we gather at the central fire.
We remember we’re one body, as we witness each other’s work, coordinate across differences, and preventing fragmentation.
We source from love and become the Whole. The fire in the center burns brightest because it’s fed by all of us.
All of it together, ALL OF IT, is the Coven of the Whole.
As we are many, we are one. We are held by Agape. Come to the fire. You belong here.
