You’ve been initiated to transmute your wounds. You’ve walked the path. Now you’re ready to BUILD.
The Coven of Builders is the 6-month intensive boot camp, where transition leaders are trained not just to understand the work, but to DO it, to coordinate others, to build actual alternatives in their sectors, and to ultimately become operational.
This is not theory but construction.
WHO BELONGS HERE
Builders are those who:
- Completed an Agape Scrying and integration
- Are clearly called to leadership in their sector
- Have capacity for intensive 6-month commitment
- Are ready to build alternatives NOW
- Will train others after graduation
- Want to coordinate with other sector leaders
- Are prepared for the demanding work
This is not for everyone.
This is for the forged ones who are READY to activate fully, who have the capacity (time, energy, resources) to commit intensively. Those who are being called to actually lead transition work.
WHAT THE BOOT CAMP INCLUDES
1st and 2nd Month: The Forging Recognition
- Map your crisis training across all domains
- Recognize you’re not broken, you’re BUILT for this
- Study the biological, historical, mythological patterns
- Accept your role without fantasy or resistance
3rd and 4th Month: The Framework Integration
- Learn the operational wisdom
- Study heterarchical organizing
- Understand the 15-sector interdependence
- Practice translating integral vision to different levels
5th Month: The Vision Alignment
- Understand the prophecy and timeline
- Clarify your specific role and sector
- Connect with other sector leaders
- Begin building your sector plan
6th Month: The Multiplication Training
- Learn to run your own cohorts
- Practice facilitating activation in others
- Build your training materials
- Graduate by activating 3 others
You receive:
- Complete 6-month curriculum and practices
- The foundational wisdom
- Weekly live working sessions (not just teaching)
- Peer accountability and collaboration
- Sector-specific training and resources
- Graduation into Coven of the Torch Bearers (Elders)
Investment: $500-1000 (sliding scale available)
Limited enrollment: 10-20 per cohort
THE BUILDING WORK
As a Builder, you:
- Not just learning, you actively BUILDING
- When an understanding is accomplished, you IMPLEMENT
- You don’t just receive, you CREATE
- Not just integrated personally, but COORDINATED collectively
Weekly sessions are WORK sessions:
- Collaborative problem-solving
- Sharing what’s working and failing
- Cross-sector strategizing
- Actually building the alternatives
By graduation, you have:
- Functioning alternative in your sector (even if small)
- Trained at least 3 others
- Clear plan for your own cohorts
- Connection to network of other leaders
- Readiness to multiply the work
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Builders graduate into the Coven of the Torch Bearers (Elders).
You become:
- Knowledge keeper
- Trainer of others
- Runner of your own cohorts
- Coordinator in your sector
- Part of the Council (if governance-oriented)
- Elder who holds wisdom for next waves
Within 6 months of graduation, you run your own cohort.
This is how the movement multiplies:
- Year 1: Kristi trains 30 Builders
- Year 2: Those 30 each train 30 = 900 leaders
- Year 3: Those 900 each train 30 = 27,000 leaders
Exponential growth. But it requires graduates to TEACH.
