WELCOME TO THE ELDERS
You’ve walked the complete path. Initiation → Transmutation → Integration → Building → Now: HOLDING THE TORCH.
The Coven of the Torch Bearers are the elders—those who’ve completed the journey and now guide others through it, who hold the wisdom for the next waves, who multiply the work by training more transition leaders.
This is sacred responsibility. This is legacy work.
WHO BELONGS HERE
Torch Bearers are those who:
- Graduated from the Coven of Builders (Boot Camp)
- Are running their own cohorts in their sectors
- Have trained others successfully in their sectors and covens
- Hold operational knowledge in their domains
- Coordinate with other sector leaders
- Are Gen X knowledge holders (often)
- Newer generations who have accepted their role as builders of the new world
- Serve as mentors and consultants
- Hold the vision when others get lost
- Many are business owners in their sectors
You are not “above” others. You are ELDER.
Elder = one who’s walked further along the path and now lights it for those behind.
WHAT TORCH BEARERS DO
ONE WHO HOLD:
- The frameworks and wisdom from your journey
- The vision of what we’re building across generations
- Knowledge of your sector deeply
- Connection to the larger web
- Memory of what works and what fails
A TEACHER:
- Run your own boot camp cohorts in your sector
- Train others in the frameworks
- Pass on the transitional wisdom and practices
- Multiply the work exponentially
- Create new Builders who become new Torch Bearers
A COORDINATER:
- Connect with other Torch Bearers across sectors
- Participate in Council coordination
- Share resources and strategies
- Support each other’s work
- Hold the movement together
AN ADVISER:
- Serve as consultants to Builders
- Mentor Wayfarers who are integrating
- Guide Initiates who are beginning
- Answer questions from the community
- Hold wisdom for those who need it
THE ELDER ROLE
As a Torch Bearer, you are:
- Not trying to control or be guru
- Passing the flame, not hoarding it
- Creating independence, not dependence
- Documenting your wisdom
- Preparing to step back as next generation rises
This is your sacred elder work.
THE SUCCESSION
Torch Bearers eventually become:
- Advisors more than active teachers
- Wisdom keepers more than builders
- Witnesses more than doers
- Elders who hold the memory
- Those who’ve done their part and can rest
The goal is NOT to lead forever.
The goal is to create leaders who don’t need you, then step back.
You train Builders. Builders train more Builders. Eventually, you’re surrounded by capable leaders. You consult occasionally as you witness the work continuing. You rest, knowing it will outlast you.
This is success.

- Trainer of trainers
- Multiplier of the work
- Witness across generations
- Legacy of wisdom
