We Are Not Rising From the Ashes Yet, We Are Still On Fire!!!

Can you hear it? The stampede of hoofbeats is approaching!
On January 29, 2026, the Chinese New Year ushers in the Year of the Red Fire Horse, and with it, the prophecies we’ve been speaking about come to their full, blazing fruition.
This is not metaphor or spiritual bypassing.
It is the actual energetic architecture of what’s unfolding on this planet right now.
The Wood Snake year showed us what had to die. It moved quietly through the underbrush, exposing rot, revealing corruption, marking which systems were already decomposing beneath their polished facades. We watched institutions tremble as we saw masks begin to slip. All of us felt the ground shifting beneath structures we’d been told were permanent.
But snakes are subtle.
Horses are not.
THE HORSE TRAMPLES EVERYTHING
The Red Fire Horse doesn’t slither through shadows whispering secrets. It gallops violently and passionately, while undeniably trampling everything in its path that cannot withstand the thunder of its hooves.
What the Wood Snake exposed in whispers, the Red Fire Horse screams into existence.
SYSTEMS WILL CRASH!
Innovations will explode onto center stage.
Changes so drastic, so extreme, that those who haven’t been doing their shadow work will experience it as a nightmare.
And it WILL feel like a nightmare for most. Because most are not awake yet.
There are so many that have not been preparing. Its like everyone has been clinging to the illusion that if they just keep their heads down, if they just pretend hard enough, that everything will go back to “normal.”
There is no going back.
NORMAL IS DEAD.
The Red Fire Horse is here to make sure everyone knows it.
THE UNAWAKENED ARE ABOUT TO WAKE UP
WHETHER THEY’RE READY OR NOT
Here’s what you need to understand about this moment:
The people who are just now waking up are entering the BEGINNING of a mourning process that you’ve already been through.
Remember when you first realized the world wasn’t what you’d been told…
When you began to realize how deep the corruption really went…
As you developed the understanding that the systems weren’t broken, they were designed this way…
You learned to find your grounding when everything dissolved beneath your certainties…
Connect with how that felt. Remember the shock. The disorientation. How the feelings of betrayal, distrust, anger, and desperation all boiled inside you. Like when someone special dies in your life, or you lose something very important to you, it starts a mourning process. There’s shock, then anger, then blaming, then guilt, then lashing out or becoming reclusive, then through a process the acceptance begins. After that there is a rebuilding of different life with out that person or thing.
The ones who are just starting this process are going to be desperate and need to find someone to blame, something to help it all make sense? They are going to go through the whole process, we can help them not go through it alone.
That’s where they are now.
The Red Fire Horse is about to force them through it whether they want to or not. We got to go through this process willingly or through circumstances in our personal lives. Either way it was somewhat gradual. But this is global and the energies are huge. Forcing all to go through it quickly and immediate. This will be chaotic as so many will be hurting.
The masks are falling. Not slowly. Not gently. Violently.
People will no longer be able to pretend. The cognitive dissonance will become unbearable. What they’ve been avoiding looking at will be shoved directly in their faces by circumstances they cannot ignore.
And they will react exactly as you did when you first woke up:
With passionate fear, desperate scrambling, and with rage that has no clear target.
This is the shock phase.
And it’s just the beginning.
We have to be ready to help them.
THE CYCLE OF AWAKENING (AND WHERE WE ARE IN IT)
Pay attention, Transition Leaders. This timeline matters:
IMBOLC / CHINESE NEW YEAR (Happens Late January – Early February 2026)
THE SHOCK HITS
The Red Fire Horse arrives. Brigid’s fire ignites. Spring begins, not the gentle spring of flowers, but the violent spring of frozen ground cracking open, of ice dams breaking, of forces that have been building all winter suddenly unleashed.
This is when systems crash.
When innovations that have been developing in the margins suddenly hit mainstream.
And the old structures can no longer hold the pressure.
The Blind experience this as catastrophic.
You experience this as: Finally. It’s time.
THE SHOCK WEARS OFF – ANGER RISES (February – March)
Once the initial paralysis fades, the anger comes. Hot, righteous, and looking for targets.
They’ll blame politicians. Many will blame “the other side.” Blame will fall on technology, immigrants, corporations, or whoever their particular worldview has taught them to scapegoat.
This anger is necessary.
It’s part of the process.
But it’s also dangerous, because anger without wisdom becomes destruction without purpose.
OSTARA / SPRING EQUINOX (March 20-21)
THE BLAME-SHAME SPIRAL
By Ostara, the anger has curdled into something more insidious: blame and shame.
Blame for whoever they’ve decided is responsible for their discomfort.
Shame for not seeing it sooner, for being fooled, for their complicity (even though they haven’t consciously recognized that yet).
This is when things get volatile, and when communities fracture.
It is when people choose sides.
And here’s what’s crucial for you to understand:
They’re going to be looking at what’s been planted, the new systems, the innovations, the alternative structures, and they won’t recognize what they’re looking at.
To them, it will look like chaos. Like the breakdown of civilization and Like the end of everything good and true.
They won’t see the sprouts of the new world pushing through the soil. Their desperation will only see the death of the old.
THE CHOICE POINT (As Spring enters Summer)
And this is where the real split happens.
Some will recognize what’s blooming.
They’ll see the innovations, the new systems, the alternative structures, and they’ll think: Oh. These could actually work and could actually be better.
They’ll choose to strike a balance with what’s emerging and choose adaptation over resistance.
Realizing that it is time to choose to learn the new ways rather than die defending the old.
But others…
Others will see the same sprouts and experience them as invasive weeds that must be destroyed. They’ll choose retaliation and choose to fight against what’s emerging with everything they have. The need to hold onto the old, everything they have ever known and used to ground them, will overwhelm them.
Both responses are understandable.
Only one is wise. And that wisdom must help serve the whole.
SUMMER: THE FIRE TAKES ACTION, BURSTING INTO FLAMES (June – August)
As we move into summer, the fire energy reaches its peak.
This is when the Princess of Wands energy becomes undeniable.
This is when people stop theorizing and start ACTING.
And here’s the thing about fire energy:
It doesn’t care which direction you point it.
Fire can be used to forge new tools, cook nourishing food, warm a home, light the way through darkness.
It can also be used to burn down everything in sight.
The same passionate energy that builds civilizations can destroy them.
The choice, YOUR choice, THEIR choice, ALL of our choices, is which fire ARE YOU going to tend.
Do we use this Princess of Wands energy, that is fearless, passionate, unstoppable, to BUILD the future we want?
Or do we let it consume us in the destruction of the old?
WE ARE DRAGGING OURSELVES THROUGH THE FIRE WHILE STILL ON FIRE
Let me be absolutely clear about something:
We are not rising from the ashes yet.
That’s a comforting story people tell about transformation. “Like a phoenix from the ashes,” they say, as if it’s all poetic and beautiful.
But we’re not there yet.
We are still IN the fire, and are still BURNING.
Dragging ourselves through flames while our clothes are on fire, while our skin blisters, while everything we thought we were turns to ASH.
This is not the time for inspirational platitudes about rebirth.
This is the time for raw, honest acknowledgment of what it actually takes to transform.
The phoenix doesn’t rise gracefully from the ashes.
It dies screaming while it burns completely.
THEN, and only then, does it rise.
We are in the burning. The rising comes later.
And you, Transition Leader, you have already been through your own burning, and have already died a thousand small deaths and kept walking…
You are the ones who know how to move through the fire.
Now get this straight. This is not because you’re immune to pain or that you’re special or chosen.
It is because you’ve already done it and are still doing it.
You’ve already felt your world collapse and kept breathing. Mourned while watching everything you believed turn to ash and found new ground to stand on afterward.
Shaky but firmly walked through the valley of the shadow of death and discovered that the shadow was YOUR shadow, and befriending it made you whole.
That’s why you’re needed now.
THE FIRE OF 2026 IS WAR (But Not the Kind You Think)
The crossroads are here.
The torches are lit.
It’s time to build the world we want.
But understand this clearly:
This IS war.
Not war with guns and tanks (though there may be that too).
And not war as conquest (though power structures will fight to maintain control).
This is the war for human consciousness.
A war for our connection to each other.
THE WAR for our right to build OUR world OUR way.
And there are three battles being fought simultaneously:
THE BATTLE FOR SURVIVAL
This is the immediate, visceral fight.
How are we going to be able to feed ourselves when industrial food systems collapse?
Can we learn to shelter ourselves when housing becomes unaffordable?
Is it possible for us to care for each other when medical systems fail?
This is the battle the ‘Unawakened‘ are just now being forced to recognize.
You’ve been preparing for this one.
THE BATTLE FOR CONNECTION
This is the subtler war, the one being fought in every conversation, relationship, and community.
Will we stay connected to each other when everything is designed to divide us?
Can we build trust when institutions have destroyed credibility?
Are we able to create new ways of being together when all the old models have failed?
This is the battle that will determine whether we build something beautiful or tear each other apart.
THE BATTLE TO BUILD OUR WORLD OUR WAY
This is the battle for sovereignty.
For the right to create systems that actually serve life.
And to have the audacity to say: No. We’re not doing it your way anymore. We’re building something new.
This is the Crossroads Movement. It is what you’ve been preparing for.
WHICH TOWER ARE YOU TAKING?
In the Tarot, The Tower represents the destruction of false structures. Lightning strikes the tower, the crown falls, and people plummet from the heights.
It looks like catastrophe. But it is actually liberation.
But here’s what most people miss:
There are multiple towers falling right now.
The Tower of Empire – military-industrial complex, extractive capitalism, colonial power structures.
The Tower of Illusion – mainstream media narratives, social media algorithms, the carefully constructed reality they’ve been feeding us.
The Tower of Conformity – the pressure to be normal, to fit in, to not rock the boat, to keep your head down and your mouth shut.
The Tower of False Security – the belief that if you just work hard enough, play by the rules, don’t make waves, you’ll be okay.
ALL of these towers are falling in 2026.
And the question for you, Transition Leader, is:
Which tower are you taking?
Which false structure are YOU actively dismantling?
Are there lies that YOU are done perpetuating?
Is there an illusion YOU are ready to burn down?
Because you can’t fight all the battles.
You can’t take all the towers.
But you CAN choose YOUR tower.
The one you’re uniquely positioned to dismantle in which your particular gifts are designed to transform.
Out of all the 15 sectors of community, (Transportation, Housing, Medical, Education, Economics, Government, Entertainment, Agriculture, Communications, Technology, Arts & Humanities, or Community), there is one waiting for you to revolutionize it.
Find your tower.
Light it on fire.
Build something better in its place.
That’s the work.
THE CROSSROADS MOVEMENT: IT IS TIME
I’ve been building the infrastructure for this moment since 2024.
The Crossroads Movement and the sector-specific frameworks.
Tools for transition leaders to coordinate without centralized control.
And the synarchical organizing principles that allow leadership to emerge through clarity of example rather than hierarchical authority.
This isn’t just spiritual philosophy. It is practical preparation for the moment we’re in right now.
As the systems crash, we will need alternatives ready. When old the structures fall, it is up to us to build new ones that are prepared to catch people. So when the world burns, there will be fireproof architecture for what comes next.
